Dr. Tom Bradford

Veterinarian

Dr. Tom Bradford graduated from the University of Tennessee Veterinary School in 1979. He worked at several other hospitals until 1983 when he founded Bradford Animal Hospital. It has certainly been quite an experience watching the clinic grow over the years. He enjoys practicing general veterinary medicine and surgery, especially with a dedicated and caring team who are always looking to improve their clinical knowledge and skills.

Dr. Lisa Karst

Veterinarian

Dr. Karst grew up in Fall Branch which is a small town in east Tennessee & she graduated from the University of Tennessee – Knoxville in 1994. Dr. Karst joined the Bradford Animal Hospital team in 2017. When she isn’t at work, Dr. Karst enjoys spending time with her friends & family, antique shopping & attending plays at the Tennessee Performing Arts Center. Dr. Karst & her husband James have two standard poodles, Oliver & Zsa Zsa.

Dr. Alyssa Brucker

Education: Southern Illinois University Edwardsville and University of Missouri

Hometown: Godfrey, Illinois

Dr. Brucker’s professional interests include dermatology and animal behavior. Her favorite thing in veterinary medicine is being a patient advocate and helping maintain the animal-human bond. Dr. Brucker resides in Franklin, Tennessee with her husband Derek and her two pups: 7-year-old Snoop, a deaf blood hound mix, and 2-year-old Pepper, an energetic pit-lab mix! She enjoys being outdoors, cooking, and reading thriller novels in her free time.
